As software providers, 3Reign has to be prepared for bespoke customer requirements and it’s crucial that the team are able to be flexible in their approach to deliver for the client. In this case, the client required a comprehensive mobile app to be used by their customer’s drivers. This requirement is something that continues to arise within the automotive industry as businesses continue to look for smarter, faster ways of managing various aspects of their operations.
This project was a specific development for a fleet management customer who needed to create a mobile app for their customer’s drivers. 3Reign delivered an Android and iOS version of the bespoke Mobile App, available through the Apple Appstore and Google Play, and integrated it for security and data management to the customer’s core back office systems. The App is multi-faceted in that it provides provision for drivers to validate their vehicle, update mileage, book services and report accidents. Interactivity was also a crucial requirement for the customer and the app allows them to safely communicate in-app with their drivers.
